A gutter system should efficiently divert the expected volume of water from rain away from the house. The gutters system must be properly sized to prevent any water back-up. More importantly, two factors are extremely important when installing gutters:
1) The gutters must be properly pitched so as to ensure water runs toward the downspout and, subsequently, away from the house.
2) The gutters must be properly flashed and fastened in such a way to prevent water from leaking between the gutters and adjacent fascia board.
When installing your gutter system we use .032 gauge aluminum seamless gutters, not the builders’ grade .027 gauge. We also install 3” x 4” oversize downspouts as a standard feature in our projects which ensure there are no downstream choke points.
Also, our seamless gutters are extruded and rolled out right on the job site and thus eliminating any potential shipping damage.
